Dr. Guang-Yun Song has 25 years of experience in Research and development in the field of biomedical and clinical research at Institute of Virology, China CDC, Stanford University School of Medicine, University of British Colombia and City of Hope National Medical Center (a top 30 US comprehensive cancer center). His research focuses on cancer therapy and diagnostics. Dr. Song has a diverse background in vaccine development and application, tumor immunology and immunotherapy, IVD development and validation, as well as scientific/technical consulting in academic and industrial set-up. He has authored 15 articles in peer-reviewed journals as well as 20 presentations in national and international scientific conferences. Dr. Song received his MD degree from the Department of Medicine, Norman Bethune University of Medical Sciences, China, completed Post-Doctoral trainings in Immunology and Gene Therapy at Stanford University School of Medicine, Palo Alto, California and University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. He is a member of the American Association of Cancer Research (AACR) and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).
